The TOBI mission: Collaborate with accredited learning institutions in delivering hands-on training that helps aspiring Web entrepreneurs build an online business by the end of a 10-week course that teaches students exactly how to apply proven methods to successfully create their own Internet enterprises or improve existing ones.
